Ultimately, I hope to find time to integrate PhpGedView with this site, so that family members can add and edit our genealogy in a way that permits me to easily archive the data for posterity.

As a stopgap measure, I've got a free Geni.com account up and running, so that family members can add and modify genealogical data. Geni.com doesn't have an API, which is one of the reasons I don't want to continue using it in the long term (I want all the data accessible to the family, not locked on a corporate web server!), but it the meantime it's a better collaborative environment than nothing. So if you want to join in, please do!
